Intentional Healing

   Do It On Purpose!

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a very impressive technique. I have seen massive results within two minutes of using this technique. This technique can help you relieve anxiety, grief, insecurities, phobias, pain and limiting beliefs.

We have been blessed w/ mind-body connection. We can heal our mind via our body (somatic healing) and we can heal our body via our mind.

EFT requires for you to tap on certain meridian points. Meridian points are paths through which life-energy flows. When we tap on these meridian points we send a calming signal to the brain (the amygdala). The amygdala triggers a person's fight-or-flight response. If we really want to regulate our nervous system and create internal change we must learn to take control of our amygdala.

Are you struggling with embodying peace? Are you struggling with acceptance and forgiveness? Are you struggling with doubts and limiting beliefs? Is anxiety taking over your life?

Unblocking Your Chakras

What are the Chakras? Chakras are the 7 imperceptible energy centers we have within our body. These energy centers are apart of our spiritual body and they impact our physical and emotional well-being. Since each chakra relates to specific spiritual, emotional, psychological, and physical aspects of our being, If these energy centers are blocked or out of balance we often experience things we are uncomfortable with. We experience anxiety, fear, bitterness, sadness, resentment, insecurity and even physical issues. When our chakras are aligned we are in complete harmony; body, mind and spirit.

A chakra is a circular-shaped energy body that directs life energy for physical and spiritual well-being. You can think of the chakras as “a wheel of light” within your body. They serve as a collection and transmission centers for metaphysical and biophysical energy. These energy centers are responsible for your nervous system, as well as connecting you to infinite spirit/intelligence.

Breathwork

Breathwork should be apart of everyone's daily routine. I do not practice EFT or meditation unless I do breathwork preceding my sessions. Breathwork is amazing at helping us be in the present moment. You can also experience a natural high from doing breathwork. We do not realize how we go through our days barely breathing and certainly barely in the present moment at any point of the day. Breathwork can immediately relax and calm you. The hardest part about doing breathwork is actually doing it when you are angry or struggling with anxiety. When we are going through undesirable circumstances, we sometimes become paralyzed or imprisoned to our anger and feelings. However, when you push through and complete your sessions in the middle of the fire, your body will start to remember that right after frustration comes the calm. As a result, your nervous system has now been programmed to self regulate. At this point in life you may realize that you do not get triggered the same way you did in the past.
